I’m 5’7 and weigh 155, normally wear a 10/12, size L is about 3” too long. They’re comfortable and don't swish when I walk. I’m 5’6” 160lbs. I ordered a Large based on the sizing chart. A M would be a better fit, maybe even a small. I'm 5'8", usually a size 16 in pants. I purchased the XL and they fit great. They are not bulky and fit easily over another pair of leggings.
