Note: I have NOT yet been able to put these to the test, but judging by what I see having received them today, they are VERY NICE for the money spent! The shell material appears to be very dense and should hold up well. The inner liner is nice, the pockets are well made and have double Velcro (to hold the flap shut and then internally to keep the pocket closed to the thigh). They have a draw string that is adjustable inside of the lower leg pocket to draw up the hem, so if you are shorter than me (6 ft 1 inch) you don't have to worry about the excess because you can draw it up. There's plenty of excess material for maybe up to a 6 ft 4 person. I also like the fact that they use a BUTTON flap to expand and open the mouth of the legging to accommodate the boot. I wear a size thirteen and had no problems getting the leg opening over my boot. I was concerned about the sizing, so I ordered a large (I'm six foot one, 185 pounds, wear 32 inch waist jeans, 34 inch inseam) because I would rather they fit big then too small. They couldn't be more perfect for me. They even have this internal Velcro bungee strap that can "draw in" the waistline! What else could they have thought of?These pants are pretty awesome! They don't have a lot of the bells and whistles that some of the pants have nowadays, but who needs all that crap anyway.Pros- good waterproofing- fron, back, and cargo pockets- fit true to size on their chart. I wear a size 34 to 36 pant (depending on the brand) and I ordered a large. They fit perfect with just enough room for layering and tucking in a couple undershirt layers-The Chinese Red color is perfect, exactly what you expect when you want a bright red pantCons- The Stitching around the front pockets started to come undone after only 1 day of riding (thus the 3 stars)- The back and cargo pockets are closed with velcro, and the velcro didn't close the pocets entirely. it would be way better if they had zippers. I didn't lose anything from them while snowboarding, but zippers give you more piece of mind- The front pocket zippers zip up to close; they should zip down to close so that gravity, a possible lift ticket clipped to the zipper, and/or constant movement is less likely to open them on their ownOverall they are a great, basic, essential pair of pants to buy. I'm sure the stitching coming undone is due to the fact that these are not their money-maker pants. I'll see if I can get them replacedI actually received this a gift and after my recent trip to Lake Tahoe, CA, I found these pants a nice addition to my winter riding wear. I did notice that the DC logo is silk screened onto the pant. When the pant arrived it had tissue paper that was stuck to the logo and took some minimal effort to remove all the pieces that were adhered to the logo. The overall pant is very nice. I wore sweatpants under the main pant and still had free movement. The inner leg vents are a standard but nice to have for ventilation. I didn't sweat or get too cold in the pant and the temps were in the 40's while I was wearing them. These will make a great addition to anyone looking for a decent value on a name brand snowboard pant.I bought a small pair of these pants (my waist is around 31-32 inches) and they fit perfectly! All the other snowboard pants I've tried in the past have all felt too baggy for my taste, but these fit almost as well as my every-day dress pants/chinos. They're very comfortable and have plenty of waterproofing to suit my needs (10,000mm).The color I got are "pureed pumpkin" but really it's just a slightly darker but still bright and poppy shade of orange and they go great with my black snowboard jacket and orange custom flying V snowboard. I would definitely recommend this product, really happy with my purchase. the only downside to these pants are the price, but these pants are high quality and I could not find any other snowboard/ski pant under 100 bucks that met my color, comfort, and style needs!Great product!I'm a size 28 waist and I just went off of the men's chart. They were a little big when I got them but they have velcro straps inside the waste that you can tighten to make them fit. I wore them the next day to go snowboarding and I didn't even need a belt! They work amazingly well. The water just beads up and you can flick it right off. I didn't get wet at all and the price for these are way better than any store that has snow pants. I got the blue ones because they were $89.00. A pair at the store would have cost me $150. These pants are deffinetly worth the money and they are extremely durable and comfortable! These are $150+ pants, so I can't really complain.Great color. "ACUA NEON GREEN" more like it.Great ventilation.Thoughtful pockets and hoop for locker rentals.Beginner snowboarders who spend time on their butts might want to go with a little more mm when ordering pants because these do eventually get saturated with moisture. Just a heads up!I am 5' 10" 160 lbs and i purchased a Large. They're definitely not small, but im glad i didn't go with a Medium. There is plenty of room for tucked in shirts and what not. Pants are slightly baggy/long, but that's the style anyway. I don't think the MEdium would have fit me better at all. Hope this helps! The waist fits snug, which is good to keep warmth in & snow out, but should marked as. The length of the legs can be adjusted using straps, but looks bunched up. Plenty of pockets and looks greats!Love my new DC's, slightly more light weight tha I thought but a great product none the less. Bargain at what I paid! I have by far the coolest ski pants at the Chill Factore ;-)Pantalon snow parfait !Utilisé avec une veste DC, le système d’attache jupe est parfait et évite la puff de ce faufiler partout !Sinon tout est parfait, le logo reste discret, les poches arrières et cargos sont muni de 2 scratch et ferment irréprochablement bien !Le système d'aération de l'entre jambe est bien pratique et la taille est réglable par scratch !Don't buy here! The price on the tag was actually lower than the price I paid here!
