I love these pants. Had a pair just like them 8 years ago from same brand and wore them all the time. But the previous pair did not have stretchy elastic in the waist. These do. I ordered XS based on all the reviews but they were still too big around the waist. If you are XS and these are too big...you have no where to go. Bummed.I rarely need to hem pants, I am 5'7 and with 3 inch heels still walk on them. love them though, will hemOk, a little story. I have a pair of this pants in green that I really bought it about 18 years ago and I loved them until last week that I saw the pockets treads started to rip…. It’s 18 amazing years that I was wearing these pants and every single time I would get a compliment. I found these in blue and I am again in love! The fit, the comfort, the style, the whole thing- it’s a must. It makes your butt so sexyI owned these pants about 10 years ago, and wanted them again. I love the style, even if a bit loose. I'm 5'9", 170 lbs and ordered a Medium (33"). They go may 1/2" on the ground with no shoes on. Honestly, they are bigger than I'd like, but I wouldn't go to a small. I do have a more straight figure, average a size 12 in pants - often pants are tight in the waist for me, and these are looser in the waist than I'd like. I'd say definitely go a size down - I'm NEVER a medium size, yet a medium in these are a bit big (they stretch out when wearing). (my waist is about 35", hips about 40")I have multiple pairs of these pants and love them. This pair unfortunately didn't work out but Zappos was quick to make it right, Would buy again!I love the Willow pant. They fit nicely around the waist and hips, then flare out gracefully to 32 inches diameter.I discovered this brand about 14 years ago and can't stop buying! LOVE THIS PANTS! My make rear look hot! Sizing is not consistent with this brand so beware. Sometimes I am a small and sometimes a medium.I am so excited to find pants that are long enough! They are lightweight and very flattering.
